If I could do anything for the rest of my life, it would be eating baked goods on the beach. Until then, I'll do Real Estate. My love for helping people began as a sundae maker at Culvers and has morphed several times over the past 20+ years. But, one thing that has remained constant is my desire to always put a smile on someone's face. Sure, Real Estate is a little more complicated than asking "would you like a cherry on top?" but the principle remains the same; I want my buyers and sellers to feel heard, appreciated, and taken care of. New construction is my forte along with existing single-family homes. I have owned three homes... all of which were new construction... plus I have helped numerous clients purchase spec/track homes. So, I know the questions to ask at the pivotal times during the construction process, I stay on stop of contractors to make sure timelines are met, and I help coach you on which areas to invest in to make your home valuable for years to come. Existing single-family homes make up the other majority of my transactions. I know what to look for in existing homes to help you make the best decisions on your biggest investment, how to coach sellers on where to invest in remodeling, and I am there every step of the way to make sure your questions get answered and the transaction is running smoothly. From recommendations for vendors to surprising you will sweet treats along the way, I've got you covered! From Scottsdale throughout the west valley, I'd love to help you make buying and selling sweeter.
