My education consists of extensive training in the building of houses including drafting, designing and engineering. I've worked in the building trades doing carpentry, plumbing, heating, A/C and electrical. This background has been a great asset that has helped me with advising both buyers and sellers. My community involvement includes helping on various boards such as church vestries and youth sports clubs. I've also been a wrestling referee for over 40 years working with the officiating of youth, high school athletes and also adults. I've been a Realtor for almost 20 years bringing a great amount of education and knowledge to a real estate transaction. I have worked in all types of markets so that I can negotiate to my client’s best interest. Buying and selling real estate is not only exciting, but it can also be frustrating due to the complexities of a real estate transaction.
