About Karlyn

Born and raised in the Menomonie Area. She is the youngest daughter of Jan Styer and second eldest granddaughter of Bruce Styer. Karlyn began her real estate career in 2014 in the Hudson market working both in MN and WI. Now returning to Menomonie, she brings her son, Quinton, and German Shepard, Whiskers. She is humbled to bring her son back to where she grew up and spend more time with family around the family farm where she spent her childhood. Karlyn is a graduate of Menomonie High school Class of 2010 and attended UW-Stout for Business Management Karlyn has past work experience working as a mortgage lender with Marine Credit Union. Therefore she not only has great real estate experience but she is proficient with the lending side of things as well. Karlyn has also worked as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator. She brings a great skill set to keep contracts on task managing all key contract dates and keeping her clients well informed throughout. Karlyn especially enjoys working on rural residential properties and working with First Time Home Buyers. Karlyn will help you reach your real estate goals by providing you with information and education to be confident in each decision you make! Outside of work, Karlyn is a lover of nature! Karlyn enjoys hunting, fishing, horseback riding, nature walks and nature talks! She is a lover of land and a fan of just about anything outdoors. Karlyn explains being an outdoor enthusiast must be genetic because her son never passes up an opportunity to go on "nature adventures" along with her.
