About Jordan

Jordan Rustlie is a REALTOR® with NextHome Select Realty serving the Greater Green Bay area, including Green Bay, Suamico, Howard, and surrounding communities. A lifelong Green Bay resident and Bay Port High School graduate, Jordan has a strong personal connection to the area and especially understands the Howard-Suamico community, where she lives and has spent much of her life. Jordan’s path to real estate was shaped by both family exposure to the industry and a meaningful personal experience. When her family needed to quickly sell their home during a difficult transition, the REALTOR® they worked with provided kindness, knowledge, and efficiency. That experience showed Jordan how much the right real estate professional can matter, especially when clients are making emotional or high-pressure decisions. Today, Jordan brings that perspective into her work with buyers and sellers. She is especially interested in helping first-time home buyers, relocating families, and clients navigating life changes. Her goal is to make the process feel less overwhelming by providing transparency, clear communication, honesty, dedication, and loyal support. Before becoming a REALTOR®, Jordan spent eight years in the restaurant and service industry, working in roles from hosting and bussing to bartending, serving, and banquets. That background strengthened her ability to connect with people, listen closely, communicate efficiently, and pay attention to the details that matter. Outside of real estate, Jordan enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring local restaurants, attending concerts, golfing, boating, visiting the downtown farmers market, and enjoying Green Bay favorites such as Hagemeister Park, Friday on the Fox, and Titletown.
