As both a Realtor and experienced mortgage professional, I bring a perspective to real estate that goes beyond simply finding a property or writing an offer. I understand the financing behind the transaction, how lenders evaluate risk, how different loan programs can affect your buying power, and how the pieces of a deal need to come together to successfully reach the closing table. When working with buyers, I want to understand the bigger picture. What would the right home allow you to do that you can't do today? What monthly payment actually feels comfortable—not just what you can technically qualify for? And what would you need to know before you could feel confident making an offer? Those conversations matter because no two buyers, sellers, or situations are exactly alike. Instead of trying to force someone into a transaction, I believe in asking the right questions, understanding the goal behind the move, and then helping build a path toward it. My background gives my clients another advantage: I grew up around the loan origination business, learning early that a successful real estate transaction involves much more than finding a house. My experience in mortgage underwriting and risk assessment taught me to look deeper—to anticipate potential obstacles, understand the numbers, evaluate a situation from multiple angles, and identify solutions before small issues become major problems. Beyond the experience, real estate has been a lifelong passion of mine. I’ve always been fascinated by homes, financing, investment, negotiation, and the opportunities that real estate can create for people. Today, I get to combine that passion with the lending knowledge I grew up around and the analytical mindset I developed through underwriting.
