About Jen

I have been a Green Bay resident for 20+ years, and a full-time realtor for more than a decade of that time. I received my Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of Maine. I have lived in 7 different states, as well as Puerto Rico and Taiwan. But I call Green Bay home, and wouldn't want to live anywhere else. My strengths lie in relationship building and contract negotiations. I am also told I have a knack for accurately interpreting the types of homes my buyers are looking for, as well as being able to offer good advice on how to make homes presentable for sale, at the highest prices possible, without homes languishing on the market. One of my most notable accomplishments was selling out the Riverfront Lofts Condominiums in downtown Green Bay. I was able to presell all 24 units, which ranged in price from $170,000 to $650,000. This was no small task, considering the building didn't exist during the sales period, and all I had to rely upon was brochures, floor plans, and a good website. When you enlist my services, you also will gain the expertise of my graphic designer Bill Dais, an accomplished marketing professional for over 25 years. Bill handles all photography, website design and the creation of any other collateral, signage and advertising which may be needed. Without Bill's tasteful design work on the Riverfront Lofts campaign, I doubt it would have been so successful.
