I rent, buy or sell property for clients. I perform duties such as study property listings, interview prospective clients, accompany clients to the property site, discuss conditions of sale and draw up real estate contracts. When I represent a buyer, I help client's find the best property, at the best price, which meets the client's needs and then I navigate the transaction through escrow while protecting the client's interest. I am a member of the National Association of REALTORS, (NAR). I subscribe to a Code of Ethics, which includes 17 articles.
