I was born and raised in Port Washington, Wisconsin, where I grew up on the same family farm my family has owned since 1948. It’s also where my wife, Melissa, and I have raised our four children since 2008. After earning my bachelor’s degree from St. Norbert College in 1998, I spent six years teaching fifth grade for the Archdiocese of Milwaukee. I returned to Port Washington in 2005, when I got married and began my career in real estate. In 2007, I became co-owner of RE/MAX United alongside my brothers, Tom and Mike. Since beginning my real estate career, I have personally brokered more than 500 real estate transactions and have overseen thousands more through RE/MAX United, which sells approximately 450 properties each year. I also hold a Wisconsin appraiser’s license and work part-time with local lenders and attorneys. My experience in real estate, brokerage leadership, and property valuation allows me to help clients better understand the realities and complexities of buying or selling a home. I value the opportunity to educate my clients throughout the real estate process so they can make informed decisions and feel confident about what is often one of their largest financial investments.
