He later became a maintenance technician for several Kenosha apartment communities, where he gained practical knowledge of property systems, repairs, construction quality, and resident needs. By age 24, Austin had turned that experience into his own small property maintenance and management business. Austin offers his clients a unique combination of local insight, property knowledge, problem-solving skills, and genuine care.
