That experience gives her a practical understanding of construction and development and the ability to see a property from more than just a real estate perspective. Alex also holds an MBA and has owned, operated, bought, and sold businesses, including a digital marketing agency. Her background in business strategy, branding, and marketing allows her to approach real estate with a strategic mindset while bringing a strong understanding of how to position and market a property. At Vision, Alex works alongside her mother, Jill, who brings decades of experience and deep relationships in real estate and land development. Together, they combine Jill’s extensive industry knowledge with Alex’s business-minded, hands-on approach and modern marketing perspective. While land and development are a primary focus, Alex also works with residential buyers and sellers. Whether purchasing a home, selling a property, acquiring land, or exploring a development opportunity, she believes the best real estate relationships start with understanding the client’s goals and finding the right strategy to achieve them.
