As a Washington native and seasoned real estate professional, Spencer takes pride in the trust that his clients have in him and goes above and beyond to exceed their expectations. With over a decade of experience and a top producing agent in his market, Spencer knows what it takes to get the job done. Outside of his passion for real estate, Spencer is a Reservist in US Air Force, an Assistant Scout Leader and an volunteer for local nonprofits such as United Way, Mary's Place and Seattle Standdown. Unlike most real estate brokers, Spencer started his career in real estate as an investor. He bought his first investment property in 2005 and never looked back. The knowledge gained through years of investing has created a deep well of knowledge in all aspects of real estate. Combining his well-honed communication, analytic and negotiation skills with compassion and kindness, he loves creating win-win situations for all parties involved. Spencer uses his vast knowledge, experience and know-how to help traditional sellers navigate today's tricky marketplace. He loves educating and sharing his insights to help create well informed clients. Whether steering clients in the right direction (or away from the wrong one) or holding their hand during the ""scary parts"", Spencer is famous for doing whatever it takes to get the job done right. Spencer lives with his wife and 3 kids in North Seattle. His interests include outdoors sports, reading and playing with his kids. Spencer is an active member of the Northwest Multiple Listing Service (NWMLS) and the Real Estate Association of Puget Sound (REAPS).
