Sonny Hennessy is a Broker in Mercer Island & Bellevue, WA. Sonny is the owner and CEO of The Exchange Brand which she launched in 2018 with four marketplaces she designed: The Exchange Coffee, Mercantile & Eatery, a salon and parlor, Airbnb properties, and The Nest Cowork + Club. She is also the owner of the award-winning design firm The Exchange Design. Her first building received the “Wisconsin Mainstreet Award for Best Renovation of a Historic Building” and the “DePere’s Best Historical Society Award”. And her grit and determination, honed growing up on a rural ranch on the border of Montana and Wyoming, carry over to negotiations that lead her clients to ideal outcomes. Previously, they lived in Wisconsin, where Sonny served as Lead Pastor at the Life Church Green Bay. Her husband, the church’s Senior Pastor is also the Green Bay Packers Team Chaplain. Sonny hosts a regular podcast/YouTube show, Cheery Conversations, and is passionate about her support of Eye Heart World, an organization helping survivors of sex trafficking rebuild their lives.
