Sometimes, finding HOME means moving on from the place you've been living, in search of what's next. It's an exciting time! My background in nonprofit administration has taught me to be resourceful and service-oriented, while always keeping the broader mission in mind. I know that behind every real estate transaction is a person or family undergoing a major life change, and I take my role in helping fulfill your mission very seriously. I strive to be a trusted guide, a knowledgeable and well-connected resource, and a passionate advocate toward your goals. I have more than 20 years of experience on “both sides of the table” in Seattle’s dynamic real estate market, which has allowed me to develop expertise in satisfying both buyer and seller needs -- an essential ingredient to successful negotiations. When working with you on a purchase, I believe in the power of building trust through our direct relationship. I don't use 'showing agents' to help me serve you, as those moments of discovery we'll experience while touring listings are so important. I employ the expertise of a licensed architect and contractor to help determine the wisest and most strategic investments to make in preparing your home, and then can manage those improvements for you, saving you time, money, and above all -- minimizing stress.
