About Mike

Having lived in Spokane my entire life and having a son attending WSU (GO COUGS!), I have a great feel for the community. I have lived on the South Hill, in the Valley, and currently reside on the Northside which gives me extensive knowledge of the area. I am very passionate about skiing and mountain biking, which has given me an even greater appreciation for the area. Since starting my real estate career in 2020 I have worked with my father, Greg Hansen, who had 40 years of experience until he retired. During that time, I represented buyers and sellers in acreage, vacant land, as well as residential transactions. Now with EXIT Real Estate Professionals, I get along well with other brokers because of my communication skills, which makes other brokers want to work with me. I am available evenings and weekends and promptly communicate in my client's preferred manner: phone, email, or text.
