About Maurice

Maurice grew up just North of Santa Barbara, California, where he loved the coastal way lifestyle and organizing celebrity events in Hollywood. Football is his first love and unfortunately had an injury set back his college football career. Maurice or also known as (Mo) in the professional MX/SX industry, and got to experience traveling to supercross, was featured in a movie, and eventually managed his own SX team which was sponsored by Mercedes Benz. He has lived in the Tri-Cities for about 2 years after a childhood friend was picked by the Seattle Seahawks and loves meeting new people every day. Maurice appreciates both the local economic growth and the weather compared to Seattle. What excites him most about the Washington Real Estate Market is the undeveloped land and new construction opportunities. Maurice’s interest in Real Estate began by watching his father who was a contractor, deal closely with building homes in his hometown. What motivates Maurice to succeed as a Real Estate Agent is that there are absolutely no ceilings on how far you can expand your career and help set up others for success along the way. He prides himself on providing a “Championship Style Experience” to his clients and strives to make sure they feel like winners when they close the deal! Maurice loves especially working with first time home buyers and loves using his marketing expertise to not only list your home but sell your home for the price you deserve.
