During my over 20 year Real Estate career I have always striven to provide the best service possible, always promote the best interest of every client, never tell a client what they want to hear if it is not reality, and never enter into a client relationship where I know what is expected of me cannot be done in good faith. When hired to sell a client’s home, I will always make recommendations that can assist their home’s value or help reduce its marketing time, even if it means telling them things they don’t necessarily want to hear. I will always remember to have a winning relationship with my clients we must always have mutual goals. I will never loose sight of my honesty, loyalty, accountability, and creativity, which makes me so very different from the Real Estate masses. I will always utilize a well-trained staff to assist me in the complex home selling process. I will always offer my properties without regard to race, color, sex, creed, religion, ancestry, national origin, handicap or family status. I will always disclose to the client all facts even if that might affect or influence their decisions.
