About Marc

The first mission of Mint Realty is simple – to provide consistent, top-notch customer service to every single client. This is accomplished by establishing a relationship with my clients, listening to their plans and goals, and then putting a plan together to make it all happen. For sellers – my attention to detail and desire to present homes and properties at a high level has proven to be highly successful in separating them from the rest of the pack. I’m there to guide you along the way and help make it as easy as possible. For Buyers – it simply comes down to listening and understanding what you want, knowing the area and market well, and then being able to get that perfect property when it does become available. I think you’ll find I’m easy to talk with, completely trustworthy, and am fully committed, resulting in your success. The second part of my mission is to offer value and support to the community. I grew up in the Spokane area and want to see every person, school, and local business flourish. I love to support our local charities and businesses, sponsor school activities, and contribute in whatever way I can to the area. The Spokane area is home to me. My wife Molly and I have 4 amazing kids between the ages of 9 and 15.
