About Larry Johnson

Larry’s enthusiasm makes him a tireless and devoted agent that puts his client’s needs first. His buoyant attitude, fierce devotion to greatness, and overall likeability makes him a joy to be around. His excellence was recognized early on in his career, and was recruited for management. As West Seattle's Sales Manager, Larry’s job is to assist Don Bereiter, West Seattle's designated Broker in day to day office operations. At the bi-weekly sales meetings, he shares important real estate updates and information to keep our brokers as informed as possible. Larry is also in charge of scheduling continuing education courses which keeps the office brokers current on their clock hours and informed with cutting edge technology, contract legalities, and marketing trends. Perhaps most importantly, he makes himself available to advise both new and seasoned brokers with their transactions. His goal is that our brokers will improve and benefit from his experiences. As an active member of the Johnson Team, Larry continues to produce and is constantly exposed to current market trends. Larry has had the benefit of being exposed to a larger number of transactions than even the most seasoned of agents. His background in construction brings an added value to the team. Each Johnson Team member has the unique advantage of being able to assist each other with individual tasks within a transaction, as well as the ability to close a transaction from start to finish. Their team goal is to provide unparalleled customer service and ensure the home buying and selling process is enjoyable.
