Education and Training Born and raised in Seattle. A graduate of the University of Washington. I served as a certified real estate appraiser for over 15 years and have extensive knowledge in real estate valuation for both residential and multifamily properties. Continued education in appraising and real estate keep me current on new industry standards. Additionally, I attend exclusive training seminars to assure that my clients receive the highest level of service available, which is essential for successful buying or selling-- regardless of the market condition. Personal I'm a true Washingtonian and am so appreciative of this states glorious amenities. From the Cascades to the Olympics, there are so many activities available to enjoy. I have a wonderful husband of 32 years, 3 incredible boys who I adore with all my heart and a new kitten affectionately named "Apollo". For years I've participated in competitive tennis and for those clients requesting, will gladly play a match! More than anything, I enjoy helping people.
