I help my clients buy, sell, build, or invest in real estate with confidence. The real estate market and its technology are constantly changing, and staying ahead of the curve allows me to provide the highest level of service. I specialize in new construction, investment properties, and buyers/sellers in all price ranges. Working in the building industry for over 8 years has taught me the expertise that both builders/investors and buyers/sellers benefit from. By working together, you will make an educated decision that is based on current market economics and your goals. I have lived in the King/Pierce County areas my entire life; from Seattle to Puyallup, I know the markets and stay on top of current trends. After graduating high school, I started working for a high quality builder that taught me all aspects of the home building process. While working full-time, I graduated from the University of Washington with a BA degree in Financial Markets/Business Economics. I decided to take what I have learned from building/college and apply that knowledge to helping my clients buy,sell, build, and invest in homes. I enjoy working with people and building a business based on trust, relationships and integrity is what I love about this industry. I have a great team of mentors, lenders, title/escrow, inspectors, and builders that will make your experience top shelf. Land development is another area I work in as well. There is a big difference between raw land and build ready land. Raw land is merely a piece of dirt. Build ready lots have all utilities stubbed to the property as well as any frontage improvements that may be required before a building permit will be issued. There are many factors that affect the price of your lot including: zoning, critical areas, topography, and of course location. If you have a piece of land that you are thinking of selling or just want to find out what it might be worth, now is the time. Property values are at an all time high, but it's not guaranteed to continue.
