James Faucett provides full-service real estate for a 1% listing fee, building on a career that started in 2006 with roots in mortgage lending that give him a unique understanding of every deal from start to finish. With over 500 closings across traditional, bank-owned, short sale, and investment properties, he brings experience most agents simply don't have. Three years ago, James stepped away from full-time real estate to launch an apparel company. After building it for three years, he decided to sell it and return to his passion of real estate and helping people achieve their goals. He is now back full time with Amplify Real Estate Services, more driven than ever. James has lived in Eastern Washington since 2014, is a proud husband of 30 years, and a father of two. When he's not working, you'll find him watching high school sports, serving on committees, or traveling. He's currently focused on north Spokane's explosive growth, particularly the MeadWorks community, where he's committed to being the most informed and connected resource in the neighborhood.
