About Franz Von
In 1985 I was an earospace executive in Los Angeles, when our industry caught a serious cold and I did not want to catch pneumoia. So I got me a real estate license. Since we expected to lay off over 100,000 people in So Cal, I was determined to sell at least my fair share of the suddenly available homes. I was the largest producing 1st, 2nd and 3rd year broker of our firm. After the aerospace crisis was over, I kept selling houses on the side and joined Boeing as Manager of competitive analysis. That's how I wound up in Seattle, converted my license to WA and resumed selling houses. I have an MBA in Marketing and Finance.
