About Daniel

Born and raised in Washington State, I’m a first-generation American whose story is shaped by faith, family, and service. My parents immigrated from Europe with very little, but they gave me something far greater which is the opportunity to work hard, serve others, and pursue the American Dream. Their perseverance instilled in me a deep respect for responsibility, sacrifice, and integrity, values that guide my life and career today. From a young age, I felt called to help people. I began serving in church ministry at 12 and have spent decades supporting and leading in many roles from organizing events and running sound, to leading small groups, mentoring youth, and helping build strong community connections. I’ve served as a camp director for over nine years, leading multiple camps annually, and helped lead mission trips to Mexico. I’ve also contributed to church construction projects, finances, translation, outreach events, and even designed and operated a full coffee shop to serve the community. Whether behind the scenes or leading, every role has been rooted in service. Professionally, I’ve built a diverse background that strengthened both my work ethic and practical skills. I earned an Associate Degree in Business from Highline College and have worked in landscaping, construction, remodeling, and sales. I also served as a certified tax preparer through the IRS United Way Tax Help program, helping families file taxes at no cost. These experiences reinforced one key belief: people don’t just need a service, they need someone they can trust. Real estate became the natural intersection of my passion for people and my lifelong interest in homes. I’ve always enjoyed seeing potential and transformation in properties, and now I get to guide clients through one of the most important financial decisions of their lives. My approach is simple: honesty, trust, and respect. I believe in telling the truth, even when it’s uncomfortable, earning trust through consistency and transparency, and truly listening to understand each client’s goals. My clients aren’t transactions, they’re long-term relationships. My goal is to be a trusted resource for life, delivering every experience with clarity, integrity, and genuine care.
