Before co-founding Harbor Realty Partners, I ran a design/build construction company for 14 years, specializing in custom remodels and residential land development. My real estate journey began back in 2005, when my wife, Meredith, and I bought our first investment property in our early 20s. We lived frugally, saved aggressively, and kept investing — even through the challenges of the Great Recession. Over the next two decades, we built a portfolio that gave us financial independence in our 30s and reinforced our belief that real estate isn’t just about transactions — it’s a vehicle for long-term freedom, stability, and wealth. That experience shapes the way I approach every client relationship. I believe the best real estate experience is built on preparation, communication, and trust. My role is to anticipate problems before they arise, keep you informed, and represent your interests with integrity and care. Born and raised around Eld and Budd Inlet, I now live near Boston Harbor with my wife and our four energetic kids. I’ve coached high school tennis, explored every corner of Thurston County, and spent countless hours fishing, kayaking, and camping in the region I love.
