I have been in the real estate industry since 2012 and completed 250+ successful transactions. My love for real estate started when I bought my first house in 2010 at the age of 25. I found the stability, long term growth potential and pride of ownership to be highly rewarding and I wanted to share that with others. I believe housing should be for people and not corporations, so I only represent local buyers and sellers that want to enjoy their community and see it grow. My only concern with each transaction is helping my clients achieve their goals. There must be a clear understanding of the needs and wants of my clients, a realistic expectation of current market conditions and a straightforward plan developed and individually catered for each client. Clear and quick communication is absolute paramount to my business. I am on call for my clients 24/7 to make sure there is never a moment of uncertainty. Overall, my goal is to bridge the gap between full service, high priced real estate agents and cut rate agents that offer nothing beyond a cheap commission. I stand to show everyone that high quality service can exist without a huge price tag, that world class marketing should not cost 6% and I am an agent who truly has your back at every turn.
