I’ve spent decades in real estate and love guiding agents to build successful, sustainable careers. As a lifelong Washingtonian and an office leader at the Lynnwood John L. Scott for over 20 years, I’ve navigated multiple market cycles and bring perspective, energy, and a positive approach to leadership and coaching. Coaching is my passion. I’m naturally optimistic, high-energy, and genuinely care about the people I work with. I believe leadership starts with encouragement, kindness, and a belief in what’s possible. I love seeing people succeed, celebrating wins (big and small), and helping agents push past challenges with confidence and clarity. Outside the office, I’m a proud grandfather who values family time and a lifelong musician who enjoys the creativity and balance that music brings to my life. I’ve spent my life enjoying all that the Puget Sound has to offer; crabbing, fishing, and boating and I’m a lifetime skier. I also love traveling up and down the West Coast with my wife Heather, in my motorhome, exploring new places with family and friends. I enjoy connecting with others who share a passion for real estate, coaching, and helping people grow.
