Hello, My journey in real estate started when my husband and I started acquiring investment properties almost 20 years ago. I have managed these properties and being a landlord has been a very good experience for me. I enjoy the details involved in managing properties and have warm relationships with many of the people we've had in our houses. Eventually I became a realtor and the same things are true with this job. I love watching out for my client's interests in one of the most important transactions of their lives and, the friendship that lasts way past the home closing. There are many people involved in a real estate transaction: The buyer and seller, both of their realtors, a closer, a loan officer, a title company, an inspector, an appraiser and sometimes more! I see my job as negotiating the best price for my client and then watching over all those people and coordinating them to get my client's home closed in a smooth and efficient way.
