I've lived in Seattle for 20 years, the last ten in Southeast Seattle, and I'm equally at home guiding clients through the Eastside market. Before real estate, I built two very different careers that shaped how I work with people today. As a wedding photographer, I learned to stay calm under pressure and capture what matters most in high-stakes, once-in-a-lifetime moments. Working in special education for Seattle Public Schools taught me something just as valuable: patience, advocacy, and how to truly listen — meeting each family exactly where they are and communicating in a way that actually lands. Both careers demanded the same thing real estate does: showing up fully for people during moments that matter, and never losing sight of their individual needs. That's the foundation I bring to every transaction — really listening to what my clients need, negotiating hard on their behalf, and always keeping their best interests at the center of every decision.
