About Andrew

Rooted in Washington since birth, what drew me to real estate wasn’t the industry — it was the chance to show up for people during one of the most important moments of their lives. Service, family, and genuine care aren’t values I picked up along the way; they’re the foundation I was raised on. “My grandfather always said, ‘To have a happy life you must prioritize your family above all — but, to have a full and happy life, treat everyone you meet as if they are already family.’” Those words shaped me long before I ever imagined becoming an agent. My family has called the Pacific Northwest home for over a century. Service, stewardship and responsibility to community were never lessons — they were simply the way of life. My great‑grandfather, Fujitaro Kubota, understood that deeply. The gardens he built in South Seattle weren’t just their home; they were a gift to the region. For generations, families visited & celebrated, the Kubota family always opened the gates and welcome them in. Today, as a board member of the Kubota Garden Foundation, I carry that legacy forward — and it guides how I show up for every client. My path to real estate was built through a deliberate life. Working for my grandfather, managing multiple restaurant concepts, leading teams across the Puget Sound — every role added layers, work ethic, people skills, and the ability to stay calm when everything feels uncertain. Those years taught me how to listen when the stakes are high and offer steady guidance when answers aren’t simple. When Covid hit and restaurants shut down, I made the choice to voluntarily step aside so my teams could stay employed. It’s not something that fits neatly on a résumé, but it says everything about how I operate. That season led into another calling: caring for my parents as their daily needs grew. Navigating multi‑gen living firsthand — finding a home that truly worked for everyone under one roof — is what pushed me to get my real estate license. I know what it feels like when the decision is personal and getting it right matters. If you want an agent who treats your goals like their own, stays steady when things get complicated, and never loses sight of what matters most, I’d be honored to walk that path with you.
