My path into real estate started behind the camera. Before becoming an agent, I spent years as a professional real estate photographer and media specialist, marketing homes and studying what actually drives buyer attention online. For my buyer clients, that background is an advantage: I know exactly how homes are staged, photographed, and positioned to look their best, which means I can help you see past the presentation and evaluate what a property really offers. For sellers, that same experience becomes your edge. Every listing I take on gets the presentation, strategy, and launch attention I developed marketing homes professionally, because first impressions online determine who shows up in person. You work with me directly from our first conversation through closing. I hold an electronics engineering degree, and that analytical background shapes how I break down mortgage options, market data, and inspection reports for my clients. Before real estate, I worked in construction project management and played minor league baseball, experiences that taught me preparation, communication, and follow-through. I'm a REALTOR® with Long & Foster, one of the Richmond metro area's leading brokerages, and I live in Midlothian with my wife and our growing family. Richmond isn't just my market. It's home.
