About Nicole D

Where you call home matters, and I believe buying or selling a home should feel exciting, informed, and supported every step of the way. With a background in healthcare, I spent years helping people navigate high-stress situations with clarity, compassion, and attention to detail. After earning my associate degree in Radiology from Virginia Western Community College, and later completing my bachelor’s degree in health sciences from Liberty University, I built a career centered around helping others and delivering dependable care in fast-paced environments. I now bring the same level of commitment into real estate, guiding clients through the buying and selling process with honest communication and a focus on making each experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. As a New River Valley native and a real estate investor myself, I offer both local insight and a practical understanding of the market. When I’m not working with clients, you can usually find me hiking, traveling, or spending time with my dog. I’m dedicated to going above and beyond to help my clients feel confident in every decision they make.
