A resident of Hampton Roads, Virginia and surrounding area for 38 years, I have been active in real estate for 29 of those years. After studying Business Management at Old Dominion University, I launched my career in property management. Over five years, I gained hands-on market expertise managing a Rural Development apartment complex and coordinating vacation rentals in Sandbridge. My background as a Managing Broker with several Real Estate Firms and now Realty Star Group, along with my experience as an Associate Broker and property manager, has provided me with deep expertise in compliance, contract negotiations, and leveraging technology for marketing and web design. A graduate of both the Alpha Omega College of Real Estate and the Moseley Flint College of Real Estate, I am a licensed professional dedicated to helping clients navigate the purchase and sale of properties throughout Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk, Northeastern NC, North Central NC and Sandbridge. Outside of real estate, I enjoy boating, computing, networking, fishing, playing the guitar and banjo, and spending time with my family and pets.
