About Margaryta

The Real Estate business attracted me with its challenges and helping people to achieve their goals. Buying or selling home is exciting and sometimes complicated business and I want to be there to help with good advice. My belief, that real estate transaction may become one of the best family investments if you approach it right. Home, if you invested wisely, will become your great wealth builder. From all my experiences in life, I learned that I can succeed only if I am disciplined, well trained, and committed. I choose to become committed to you and I will be working hard to earn your respect and trust. I was born in Ukraine, came to the United States in 2004. I dedicated more than 15 years to the gymnastics career as an athlete on the national and international level. In Ukraine, I worked as the Head Coach for the college gymnastics and later for national team, being responsible for the Team's preparation for the International level events like European and World Championships. I moved to the United States to work for the private National Gymnastics Center in Virginia Beach; in 2007 we opened the family business, Pink Pearl Gymnastics. The business became a success at helping future Gymnasts learn their skills, improve overall fitness and grow strong in character. I love helping my “Pearls” succeed! My Faith and Family Values are the most important to me. It took a great amount of courage to move to another part of the planet as a single Mom with two boys, 10 & 8 years old at that time. Now I am an American citizen, married to a great man, who served our country for 24 years as a Marine. Our older son is Virginia Military Institute graduate. Our younger son is serving our country as a Marine and the 2014 Virginia State champion in wrestling. We were all proud to become American Citizens, deeply loving our new home and the home we came from.
