About Linda

My many years in residential real estate were preceded by substantial work in commercial development, leasing and sales. Because of this background of knowledge of the entire spectrum of real estate, in addition to being of benefit to commercial clients, I feel, this brings for both my seller and buyer clients a unique perspective to transactions. The approaches required in evaluating properties and future investment potentials are extremely different between commercial and residental; however, a balance of those is best in this challenging residential market. After all, as a buyer, the house you choose must first and foremost feel like home, and only you will know when you have found "home;" at some point, though, its investment value will be of most importance to you, and my unique and varied background keeps me focused on this aspect with every house we visit!
