About Kathryn
Katy uses her creative flair, positive attitude, compassion, attention to detail, personable demeanor and work ethic to serve her clients in every real estate transaction at Atoka Properties. Originally from Glenelg, Maryland, Katy moved to Virginia 20 years ago. Raised in a family of REALTORS®, Katy knew her future passion would ultimately be in real estate… It’s in her DNA. Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, Katy worked for 15 years in Marketing Management and Graphic Design (serving both the private and public sectors). While she enjoyed working alongside Military Leadership and Government employees, Katy learned how to build relationships at every level, develop a strong work ethic, and how to use her knowledge and strengths to complete every mission. Katy’s clients are extremely important to her. She’s their advocate during every step of the real estate process and she prides herself on making sure no question goes unanswered. Katy absolutely loves sharing in her clients’ happiness when they find their perfect home. Other than real estate, Katy loves spending time with her son Lochlan, husband Ben, other family members, and friends. She currently lives in a Post & Beam home on the Short Hill Mountain in Round Hill. Katy would love to speak with you today about how she can help you find your first or next fabulous home!
