About Justin

Justin Wynings, REALTOR®, ABR combines his passion and knowledge of real estate to serve clients throughout Hampton Roads. Justin advocates for his clients through the entire real estate process. Working almost exclusively by referral, Justin is dedicated to surpassing his clients’ needs. He is a skilled negotiator with a “make it happen” attitude, both of which are referred regularly by past clients, friends and family. Honing his skills and knowledge are a priority to Justin. In 2015, Justin obtained the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation which is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. He studies the local and regional real estate market, economic trends and available inventory to better serve his clients. Annually, he attends various conferences throughout the country to enhance his knowledge and mastermind with other top producers. Justin further serves the community through his work with various organizations. He has been a member of the Virginia Peninsula Rotary Club since 2016, mostly recently serving as part of the leadership team. He has volunteered and served on the Board of Directors for the YMCA. Justin continually supports The Salvation Army of the Virginia Peninsula and Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, as well.
