About Jason

Hi, I’m Jason Celestino, owner of Celestino Homes, a REALTOR® with Hometown Realty, and a member of the Spicer Team. I serve Richmond and the surrounding communities, with much of my work focused in Chesterfield, Midlothian, and the greater RVA area. Before getting into real estate, I spent more than 26 years serving in the U.S. Army and retired as a Chief Warrant Officer four. A lot of how I approach real estate comes from that experience. I believe in being prepared, communicating clearly, paying attention to the details, and most importantly, taking care of the people who are trusting me to help them. Whether you are buying your first home, looking for your next one, selling a home, considering new construction, or moving because of a military PCS, my goal is pretty simple. I want to make the process easier to understand and make sure you feel comfortable with one of the biggest decisions you are making along the way. I’m not a high-pressure salesperson. I would much rather take the time to understand what you are looking for, answer your questions, and give you the information you need to make the right decision for you and your family. For my sellers, that means helping you understand the market, pricing your home appropriately, putting together a strong marketing plan, and keeping you informed throughout the process. For my buyers, it means listening to what you actually want, helping you sort through the options, and being there from the first showing all the way through closing. I also have a special appreciation for helping veterans and military families. Having spent most of my adult life in the military, I understand that a PCS or transition can come with a lot more than simply finding another house. At the same time, Celestino Homes is here to serve everyone, military and civilian alike. For me, real estate is about more than getting to the closing table. I want to build relationships with people who know they can call me when they have a question, need a recommendation, or have a friend or family member who needs help.
