I was often disappointed, especially if I was selling a home. I became a real estate agent because I believed I could do a better job. I believe that a real estate agent must have the client's needs and goals as their number one priority. To do that requires that the agent is a good listener, understands the way a client's needs can shift during the process, is trustworthy, loyal and transparent. The idea of a Concierge comes to mind. It takes a renewed commitment each day to do implement the client's wishes as much as possible. It is my pleasure to give the best service I can. While in VA Beach I worked with NATO and other military personal who were relocating. Corporate relocation was also a big part of that area's real estate business. I understand that relocation is not just about finding someone a place to live. Families require assistance with many aspects of their move. Having lived abroad for a number of years helps me understand this on a personal level. 10% of my net commission will be donated to a charity of my client's choice or Saint Francis Service Dogs.
