Combined 87 years of experience Over 2000 successful transactions since 1984 Donn is a licensed Realtor® in Virginia and North Carolina 32 consecutive years in Hampton Roads Realtors® Association’s, (HRRA) Circle of Excellence Donn was 2005 Chairman of HRRA Board of Directors 2006 HRRA CODE OF ETHICS RECIPIENT Donn served for 6 years on the Virginia Association of Realtors® Board of Directors 2008-2013 Donn remains involved in HRRA and VAR Paula was licensed in 1992 and has her Eco Broker, ABR, Senior Residential Specialist and NAR Green Designations Paula has experience with home design and working with custom builders. Kristen has 22 years of real estate experience, with 15 years primarily new construction and the last 7 years primarily resale. Kristen was an annual award winner, matching builders and buyers for successful home building transactions. Zach is a Chesapeake native, played baseball at Great Bridge. He has been helping buyers and sellers since getting his license in 2009.
