About Chris

Chris discovered his passion for real estate in 2008 after the purchase of his first home. Since that time he has researched the real estate process and learned how to market property and best serve clients' needs from other real estate professionals. In 2015, after almost 16 years working for Capital One, Chris decided to make the jump into real estate full-time. After completing the Virginia Real Estate exam, Chris signed on to RVA Realty Inc. under the tutelage of award-winning Real Estate Broker, Mark Wilson. Under the guidance of his broker, Chris was able to secure his first sale less than 30 days after becoming a real estate agent. Chris utilizes his years of experience working for Capital One to maximize his clients' experiences. During Chris' years as an underwriter he was able to gain a greater understanding of how credit and mortgages work, and his years as an award-winning customer service representative help him better relate to his clients' wants and needs. Chris is focused on providing diamond level service to each and every client he works with, as he knows that a satisfied client will not only be a client for life, but also refer others. A life-long resident of Virginia, Chris grew up on a farm in Disputanta before moving to the city of Richmond in 2000. This gives Chris the unique advantage of understanding the real estate needs of both rural land owners and urban owners. Noted for his communication skills, his fierce protection of his clients' needs, and his thirst for knowledge in all facets of real estate, many see Chris as a real estate agent with an extremely bright future.
