My connection to real estate in Virginia’s Blue Ridge Mountains began long before I became a REALTOR®. With deep family roots in Nelson County and more than 25 years of professional experience serving property owners within the Wintergreen Resort community, homes, property ownership, and the people behind them have been part of my life for decades. Most of those years were spent with the Wintergreen Property Owners Association, Inc. (WPOA), where I gained firsthand experience with resort ownership, second-home living, resale transactions, deed transfers, assessments, and the needs of both full-time and seasonal homeowners. Today, I’m proud to bring that experience into real estate as a REALTOR® with Keller Williams Realty Lynchburg and a Certified Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS), serving buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Virginia’s Blue Ridge Mountains and Central Virginia. My primary service areas include Nelson County, Amherst County, Lynchburg, Wintergreen Resort, Stoney Creek, and surrounding communities, with a focus on resort and second homes, historic properties, land, and investment properties. My experience with vacation properties also extends beyond the administrative side of resort ownership. I coordinated cleaning and turnover services for privately owned vacation rentals, giving me practical insight into the care and preparation involved in maintaining second homes and short-term rentals. My interest in historic and investment properties is personal, too. I own and am working to restore an old farmhouse and an early-1800s home in Lynchburg. These ongoing projects have given me firsthand experience with renovation planning, preservation considerations, and the Lynchburg Historic Preservation Commission review process, while strengthening my appreciation for craftsmanship, architecture, and the unique story every property has to tell.
