I draw from my marketing degree, my Spanish bilingual ancestry background, world travels, experience as a mother, grandmother, teacher and from my 30 years as a military wife to more effectively serve my clients needs. I have lived in Puerto Rico, Lawton, San Francisco, Pennsylvania, Pensacola, Salina, San Diego, Palo Alto, Hawaii, Dallas, Orlando and visited numerous cities and countries….so one can say I have been through a few stressful moves. I do indeed understand and have experienced what it is to buy and sell real estate. My goal is to make buying and selling easy and as enjoyable as possible. I love working with people and diligently respond to my clients needs. I was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico and resided in Puerto Rico for 12 years. I am truly fluent and a bilingual Hispanic with hardly a noticeable accent. I am now a resident in the “Hampton Roads” area, comprised of Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Suffolk, and others, for the past 30 years. I balance my time with my two grown children, a son, daughter, five grandchildren who reside in Orlando, Florida, my pets and my real estate profession. Some of my interest that are enjoyable to me are visiting with family and friends, education, religion, traveling, theater, music, art, swimming, cooking, table games, staying current and educated with the latest technology. Most importantly for me is helping my clients which come 95% from appreciative clientele referrals, friends of those clients and a network of friends. There is no better recommendation than that!
