In 2003 is when I became a licensed real estate agent and I have never looked back! Prior to that my background challenged my creative side and I changed careers at just the right time for me. I think anyone who knows me would agree that I have a sense of adventure and I am light-hearted….like to laugh! I delight in helping folks buy and sell homes….it is a very personal and important decision and I will be honored to guide you through the process! I have vast experience working with buyers and sellers all over the Richmond metro area as well as surrounding counties as far as Gloucester and Williamsburg and the City of Hampton. I love the challenge of learning the dynamics of all these areas and it allows me the opportunity to meet great folks. New construction, existing homes, single family, condos or townhomes, land, foreclosures, flipped properties, waterfront, in the country or in the city. Yes indeed, I have done it and I never tire of looking at properties and running the roads for the search! My designations include ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) and PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor) and I have been at Virginia Capital Realty since 2015 where we have access to vast resources and support. Personally, I am married with three adult kiddos and grandchildren that are my heart, and you can be sure you will hear about them eventually. I have many interests including, but not limited to music....we have a very musical family, planning new adventures, inventing new dishes to try, decorating and staging. Most importantly, I give God the Glory!
