About Michaela

Drawing on more than 25 years of entrepreneurial experience Michaela brings creativity, organization, and a client-focused mindset to real estate. Michaela first joined Nancy Warren as Operations and Marketing Manager, helping support the growth of Nancy’s expanding real estate business while overseeing listing preparation, marketing strategy, and the systems that keep each transaction running smoothly from start to finish. Working closely with clients and seeing firsthand how meaningful a home transition can be, Michaela expanded her role to work directly with buyers and sellers. She brings a calm, organized approach to the process, helping clients navigate each step with clarity and confidence. Before real estate, Michaela built and led several successful businesses. She founded The Yerbary, a Vermont wellness brand that expanded into more than 200 retail locations and later worked with Twincraft Skincare in Winooski supporting product development and packaging for national brands. She also launched and scaled Hot Yoga Charlottesville into a thriving studio, ultimately selling the business when she relocated to Vermont with her family. Now living in Charlotte, Michaela enjoys the balance Vermont offers—community, outdoor recreation, and a strong sense of place—and enjoys helping others discover the same lifestyle.
