Here is what my clients say about me. Tyler Wissler has been my realtor for the last few months and when I told him that I was looking for a house it was game on! Now, I had challenges in that I’m a single person that was looking for a home so he was limited in terms of finding a house for just me. All at the same time in a housing market that just seems to be going up in prices. As soon as I told him “GO!” it was on, he wanted to know the days I was off and he would send me potential houses daily in terms of what might interest me. His personal goal was that he needed to show me houses that had that “wow factor.” Quickly, we seen that houses in the Salt Lake area were simply not in my price range so he would ask me about different cities such as Tooele, Provo and Ogden. He asked me what I thought of condos, trailer parks, townhomes, and houses and I told him that I was open to a townhome and a house but not trailer parks, or condos which presented limitations on his search which he simply went with. Ogden seemed like a good fit for me because I was able to commute to work easily on Frontrunner but I told him that I wanted to live close to the Frontrunner station so I wouldn’t be commuting even longer. Again, he went with it and we continued to look. Some places we ruled out quickly and others, I wasn’t comfortable with for various reasons. Once I walked into the house that I bought, he heard the “wow” that he was looking for. We placed a bid on it and he was good at advising me through the process. In terms of financing, the house inspection, and communication with the seller I really felt that he was there on my behalf. Although the process made me nervous since I’m a new home owner he took a lot of the worries away. After everything was finalized he expressed that if I had any questions, concerns, or whatever that I should not hesitate to contact him. I would highly recommend and would use Tyler as realtor in that he works extremely hard to find that dream house no matter on the circumstances.
