Licensed since 2004, Mike worked at Chapman-Richards, Equity Real Estate, and now Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. He was a General Contractor in Park City for 20 years and specialized in custom homes, land development and commercial buildings. With his background in Real Estate and having been a general contractor for many years, Mike has unique qualifications to offer perspective buyers and sellers. His background allows him to feel comfortable with clients in offering them a Realtor that may see and/or know things that some others wouldn’t. Mike really enjoys all aspects of real estate including taking care of his clients, sharing expertise in both real estate and construction, being prepared for all his client’s needs and making sure their buying and/or selling experience is one they feel good about!
