ESSENTIALS (1%): professional HDR photos, a market analysis, the MLS and 500+ other websites, yard sign, lockbox, 24/7 showing service and contract negotiation. You show the home to buyers who come without an agent. FULL SERVICE (1.99%): everything in Essentials, plus drone photos, a dedicated showing agent, a featured open house, weekly social ads and weekly market updates. SHOWCASE (2.49%): everything in Full Service, plus a Zillow Showcase listing, a 3D home tour, virtual staging, paid social ads and multiple open houses. On every plan: buyer agent commission is negotiable and you decide it with each offer. If I bring the buyer, Essentials adds 1% and the other plans add 0.5%. A $495 transaction fee is due at closing.
