Throughout his life, Brad has been interested in real estate and has excelled in sales due to his love of people and his engaging personality. When he was given an opportunity to join a local growing real estate team in the Salt Lake Valley, he jumped head-first into the industry and never looked back. Brad strives to make a positive impact on the lives of others while helping guide them through one of the most substantial transactions of their lives. The choice to enter the world of real estate has been a natural fit for Brad’s passions and natural skills. When Brad was looking to level up in his real estate career, the decision to join Summit Sotheby’s International Realty was a natural one. He had contemplated starting his own brokerage, but after meeting with the leadership team and witnessing how much their in-house departments in marketing, transaction management, photography and videography had to offer their agents, there was no questioning his decision to join Summit Sotheby’s in order to elevate his career. Brad has been recognized by the Board of REALTORS® as a top performer every year that he has been in the real estate business. A dream client for Brad has a clear vision of what they want, but is open to guidance based on what he knows is effective in achieving their goal. Brad believes that having mutual respect for one another’s thoughts and opinions is key to having a positive outcome. Brad’s proudest accomplishment in life has been becoming a father and a husband. He is married to his wife Brit and together they have two children – a son, Nolan, and a daughter, Lexy. His family is the reason why he loves what he does – helping other families realize their dreams and assist them in choosing the best possible home for their future. In his free time, you can find Brad hosting his friends and family for an impromptu barbecue, working out, spending time in Utah’s great outdoors or attending a Utes football game.
