Transitioning to a professional career in Real Estate was a natural progression since I started in the construction industry as a contractor, later I transitioned to property management and maintenance and have also worked as a property inspector on occasion. I grew up in Utah then spent several years traveling the country for work. It was during my travels that I learned that there really is no place like home or at least our home here in Utah. There is a reason that so many people are moving here and choosing to call Utah home. My family and I have lived in several cities in Utah and have purchased and sold several of our own homes. I have earned the Military Relocation Professional designation to specialize my skills for the challenges of buying and selling homes for Military Personnel who have different lending options and have tighter investment criteria than their civilian counterparts. I have defined goals and will reach them by being a great listener, a trusted confidant, a dependable personal agent, and I won’t give up until the job is done. Part of my job is to continually learn and grow. I have learned that giving back is the way to true happiness and have since started to regularly donate time and money for worthwhile causes. I hope that a great example is among the good things that my donations provide. As an investor and proud Utah native I know the housing market and love to match homes with owners and will go the extra mile to work with customers to make their dreams possible.
