Although my position as a Construction Executive of a Top 25 ENR firm presented limitless opportunity, there was something missing. Over time I began to realize how important it is for me to share in the special experiences and personal impact that results from relational, community focused, real estate, construction and development. I think back to walking customers through the real estate, construction and development process. The walk was a partnered journey. The journey resulted in vision becoming clear and being brought full circle. What once were dreams became tangible realities. Whether the project was a residential remodel; the first LEED Platinum residence in Flagstaff, AZ or a number of other custom homes; a full service animal hospital with surgery, crematory, boarding and on site staff housing; one of many commercial tenant improvements; 50,000sf warehouse; lube and oil changing facility; or fire station, providing an exceptional experience to customers that look to and rely upon me for unparalleled service is something I was longing for. This service, along with providing quality and value, delivered with integrity, is a commitment I am excited to offer our community. Moving forward I will be providing all facets of relationship based real estate, construction and development services to those living in the greater San Antonio area. Doing so, I will navigate by standards based on honesty, fairness and walking away from every transaction and project ensuring lives and relationships having been positively impacted.
